For around 10 minutes today, Russian propaganda network RT cut into C-SPAN1 during live coverage of the Securities and Exchange Commission Regulation. First noticed by Deadspin editor Tim Burke, the unscheduled programming change saw C-SPAN’s regularly scheduled programming freeze before RT’s ‘World’s Apart’ cut in.
