Twitter opened up its Moments feature to everyone just this fall, but it only worked on the Web. Given Twitter has been a mobile-first platform since the very beginning, leaving mobile devices out of the equation seemed like an odd decision, but that’s now been rectified. Twitter is opening up Moments creation to Android and iOS today, bringing the tool to a much wider swath of users.
