After more than a year since its iOS release, Giphy Cam has arrived on Android to help you create outrageous GIFs with effects, stickers and other nifty add-ons. As with the iOS version, Giphy Cam lets you record video (either a standard clip or a short one for easy looping) and spice it up by applying filters, animated stickers, frames, backgrounds, emoji and text overlays.
