PlayStation Plus is about to get a little pricier

PlayStation Plus launched back in 2010 and since that day the price has been $49.99 for a year of exclusive content, online play, free games, cloud storage and a handful of other features. Starting next month, you’ll have to tack on an additional $10. Current subscribers aren’t going to see the new price hike until their subscription ends. Monthly subscribers won’t notice a price bump at all — there isn’t one. But for those on three-month or one-year subscriptions, expect to pay a few extra dollars once it’s time to renew.
