Google Maps adding ‘enhanced features’ for the 2016 Olympic games in Rio

If you’ll be in Rio for the Olympic games this year, keep Google Maps handy: it’s being updated with “enhanced features” for the various venues you’ll be at. After launching real-time transit info for Rio de Janeiro a few weeks back, Google is rolling out detailed indoor and outdoor maps of all 37 Olympic venues (25 indoor, 12 outdoor). It’s also pretty easy to use the indoor mapping feature, if you’ve not had the pleasure.
