The National Crime Agency (NCA) — the UK’s version of the FBI — today launched a new campaign aimed at cutting cybercrime, especially amongst teens. The cause is noble but whomever is responsible for it has a working knowledge of the Web that’s on par with, or below, that of your average house pet.
