Uber wants to make it easier to hail a cab without forcing you to go through its own app. The company today released a tool that allows app developers to easily plug a ride request button into their iOS and Android apps. Basically, by registering their app on Uber’s site and adding in the appropriate code, developers can make the button show up next to any address field. For instance, you look up restaurants and tap on a button next to the address to order a cab straight to that address. The button is deep-linked too, so it will take you straight to Uber app…
