Struggling gaming startup Ouya found itself in desperate need of a buyer a few months ago, and now it’s found one: Razer. The deal closed back on June 12, and it was Razer’s first-ever acquisition.  Razer is primarily interested in Ouya’s software assets to cement itself as a leading platform for Android TV gaming. As part of the move, Ouya’s technical and developer relations teams are joining Razer.
