Twitter co-founder Ev Williams wants developers to come back to the flock

Good news (maybe), developers — Twitter wants you back. At the Fortune Brainstorm Tech conference in Aspen, Colorado, Twitter co-founder Ev Williams said it was time Twitter re-engage with software developers. “Twitter should be more of a platform than it is,” said Williams, who also said deprecating developer access to its API so many years ago was the right thing to do because it “wasn’t a win/win” for users or developers.
