Review: The Surface 3 is the first Surface I can recommend to anyone

Microsoft introduced the Surface 3, its newest tablet/laptop hybrid starting at $499, a little over a week ago to little fanfare. There was no big press conference or fancy showcase this time around. That’s kind of a shame, because the Surface 3 is the most important device in the series since the original.
