Google releases a tool for developers to launch Android apps on Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome OS
Google has opened up its App Runtime for Chrome (ARC) to developers so they can run their apps on any desktop with a Chrome browser, reports Ars Technica. ARC is a project that allows Android apps to run on Chrome OS, and it was previously limited to a small group of developers who got to collaborate with Google to do so.
