Pinterest publishes its first full-year transparency report, US government requests the most cookie recipes

Following the trend of other online services like Twitter and Dropbox, Pinterest published its first transparency report to cover a full year. It received 41 requests for user data, which we’d like to think were to access recipes for delicious-looking cookie pins. As tends to be the case, the vast majority of these were from the US, with 39 requests covering 54 Pinterest accounts. The other two were from Canada and Australia.
