A SIM card that supports multiple operators? Apple isn’t the first

After a slightly underwhelming Apple event yesterday, many people concluded that the most exciting thing to come out of it was an unannounced special SIM with support for multiple carriers on one card. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to burst that bubble of excitement too – this concept isn’t close to being new. In fact, it’s been around for years – particularly in growing markets like Pakistan and India.
