Apple plans to increase iCloud security measures following recent celebrity hack scandal
Apple is planning to upgrade the security notifications for users of its iCloud storage service, after a number of celebrity accounts were compromised and personal photos were stolen. Speaking about the incident for the first time, Apple CEO Tim Cook told the Wall Street Journal that the intrusion was a result of third parties accessing accounts using the correct username and password, or phishing scams.
