HTC releases new Zoe app that allows more Android users to create and share video edits

HTC is no longer developing apps exclusively for its own handsets. Today, the smartphone maker launched a standalone Zoe app that anyone running Android 4.4 or higher on a Samsung, LG or HTC smartphone can download and enjoy. Zoe, if you haven’t encountered the feature before, debuted with the original HTC One and gives users the ability to record a short video and a burst of around 20 photos simultaneously.
