Customer service software platform Zendesk files for IPO, acquires live chat service Zopim
Zendesk, the customer support and issue tracking software-as-a-service platform, has announced its intention to file for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange. The company filed its letter of intent with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today, but didn’t reveal how many shares it will offer or the initial price range. It is seeking to raise a maximum of $150 million, according to the filing statement.
